You directly provide Finfonia with some of the data we collect, and some is collected by Google Analytics. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Fill out the contact form on our website
  • Enter the website, move on the website and perform actions on the website (e.g. when you submit the contact form)

Finfonia collects your data so that we can:

  • Respond to the questions and / or issues you have raised through the contact form

Finfonia securely stores your data in our customer data base.

Finfonia will keep your contact form submission for 1 month. Once this time period has expired and if you have not become a customer of Finfonia, we will delete your data from our database. If you do become our customer, we will use your data until the customer relationship ends, after which we will delete it within 1 month.
